Exchange/Return Policy

    1. Our goal is to make sure you have a satisfied shopping experience with you. 
    2. While we do not support a refund policy, we are happy to offer an exchange policy. 
    3. If you would like to exchange a product, you will have 7 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to apply for an exchange. Simply send an email to profession.singapore@gmail.com and state your order number. Our team will reach out to you within 1-2 working days with the instructions.
    4. Shipping fees may apply. 

How long is the shipping and can I track my order?

    1. We work with a well-established shipping provider in Singapore and offer registered shipping to all countries as an option. Upon your purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to you to track the status of your order.
